Being active is an important part of a healthy lifestyle but it's easy to feel overwhelmed if you are new to the fitness scene or even if you have been at it for a while, you may be looking to mix up your routine. My goal is to give you exercises you can do in the comfort of your home, hotel, or gym. My outlook on fitness is find something you enjoy and don't be afraid to try something new. I believe in adding variety to your routine so that you don't get bored and it helps create a well balanced workout schedule. For example Yoga or Pilates is a great compliment to HIIT or strength training.
I am an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor specializing in Mind/Body, Barre, Circuit, Strength and HIIT. I am also a certified Pilates Reformer Instructor.
