Asparagus Salad


Great accompaniment for those grill outs!




  • asparagus 
  • pint of cherry tomatoes 
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 
  • 1/4 cup feta
  • Balsamic glaze (trader joes)


- chop up asparagus into 1" pieces. 

- bring pot of water to boil. Add asparagus, boil for 2-4 min. Until crisp. 

- once done, take asparagus out and place in ice bath to stop cooking process. Remove from bath and set aside.

- cut tomatoes in half

Toss all ingredients together and toss with balsamic glaze! Done and done!
